Unfortunately, although we have repeatedly asked patients to be on time, patients are late or do not show up at all for their appointment on a daily basis. Since this means that it takes away precious time that we cannot spend on patients that need it, we have to implement some new measures. If you have made an appointment you can cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before by calling the clinic. After this, if you are late or do not show up at all, you will not have any access to the online platform and you will need to pay a non-refundable 15 euro fee. Before we can make another appointment you will need to have paid this fee, which you can pay at the desk.
