Our care providers are happy to assist you and they take this into account in their daily planning. Do you have an appointment with the GP, Nurse Practitioner or GP Assistant, but unfortunately you are unable to attend? Please let us know in time!

If you have a 10-minute appointment, you can cancel this up to 2 hours in advance. If you have a longer appointment you need to cancel 24 hours in advance.

CAN’T YOU MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT? DON’T LET YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER WAIT.

If you do not cancel in time, we can charge € 15 euros.

Cancelling an appointment can be done by calling the Assistant.
Have you made the appointment online? Then you can move or cancel it by logging in to the patient portal MijnGezondheid.net (MGN).
