We need your help!

Dear international,

SGE International has been in operation for more than 3 years now and for us this is a time to once again assess to what extent we are ‘Closing the gap’ and fulfilling your needs and expectations. Our previous survey, conducted 2 years ago, identified a number of areas for improvement, that we have since implemented.

We therefor invite you to partake in a survey that will help us to determine how we are doing and what further improvements or changes are required. The survey will take about 10 minutes of your time. It may be that other members of your family that are over 18 and registered at our centre, use the same mail address as you do. Could you please ask them to complete the survey too, using the same link below, as we would like to have the perspective of all your family members.

You receive this mail because, according to our records you are (or have been) registered as a patient at the health centre of SGE international located at Strijp S in Eindhoven.

If you are no longer registered with SGE international, we would still very much appreciate your feedback. 

The survey is anonymous, which means that the results cannot be traced back to you.
